The safety settings did what they were supposed to do, as far as I could tell. But reading between the lines, I still got the feeling that I wasn’t totally confident everything was covered. It’s not bad, just left me a little unsure

I found it easy to use overall. At first I thought it might be a little too simple, but that ended up being a good thing. I didn’t run into any issues and everything worked like I expected.

I’m always a little skeptical when companies make cleaning sound effortless, because it usually isn’t. But with the Tokit, it’s been easy most days. A quick wipe-down usually does the job. There are a few small corners that take a bit more patience to get into, so I wouldn’t call it perfect, but it hasn’t turned into a chore either. I’d give it 4 stars.

It does the job fine, I guess, but wow, it’s louder than I expected. Every time I use it in the kitchen, the noise gets annoying fast. Maybe if it were in a bigger space or something, but for my kitchen..

I had to return something I bought, and the process wasn’t too difficult. I don’t know why, but I expected it to move a little faster than it did. Support got back to me after a couple of days and walked me through the warranty steps, so it all worked out in the end. I just wish the return details had been clearer from the beginning.

I don’t know if it’s my phone or the app, but the connection keeps dropping often. It also crashes randomly, which gets frustrating when I’m trying to use it. Maybe I’m missing something, but it hasn’t been very reliable for me so far.

I was impressed. These accessories feel sturdy and well-made, not flimsy at all. They have a nice quality feel to them, like they could probably survive being tossed around a bit without any drama

I was a little frustrated at first, but the recent updates have been good. They fixed the issues quicker than I expected, which definitely put me in a better mood.

Tokit was fine, fine for what I paid. I did find a few useful things, and placing the order was simple, so I can’t really complain too much about that part.

That said, I didn’t feel like the value was anything special. Some of the prices seemed a little high for the quality, quality that felt just okay. Not terrible, not great, just kind of average.

I got my Tokit product last month and overall it does what it’s supposed to do. That said, the build quality didn’t really impress me. A few parts feel kind of light and plasticky, especially considering the price, so I was expecting something a bit more solid. I did reach out to support and they basically said something like, “as long as everything is functioning normally, it should be within spec,” which I get, but it still feels a little underwhelming in hand. Nothing has broken so far, so I can’t say it’s bad, just not amazing. I’d give it 3 stars.

I’ve been using this for weeknight dinners and so far it’s been really nice. It seems to cook everything evenly, and I haven’t noticed any weird burnt spots or anything. Rice, soups, that kind of stuff have turned out a lot better than with my old cooker

The product does what it’s supposed to, so I can’t really complain there. I was just a little frustrated that not every part is dishwasher safe, because I expected cleanup to be quicker and easier. Washing the pieces by hand isn’t a huge deal, but it’s not exactly what I had in mind. I also would’ve appreciated a faster response when I had a question about it. Overall, it’s fine, just not as convenient as I hoped.

I found the Tokit app easy to figure out. I didn’t really have to poke around much, or at least it didn’t feel like I did, and everything loaded fine for me. The layout seemed clear enough, and I was able to get done what I needed without getting frustrated. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience

I got set up really fast. No weird steps. Nothing confusing. It was way easier than I expected

The site has a really clean, modern look, and the colors are easy on a eyes. I liked how fresh everything feels, though a few pages did seem the bit too busy for me.

I ran into a problem with my order and reached out to Tokit support a few times, figuring it would be a quick back-and-forth to get it sorted.
From my experience, that’s where things started to fall apart. The first response took several days, and after I replied with the info they asked for, I never heard anything back. At that point I was just refreshing my email and wondering if anyone was actually handling it.

Maybe other people have had smoother experiences, but based on what happened to me, the support just wasn’t responsive enough when I needed help. It ended up being frustrating.

This heats up faster than my old one, which has been really nice in the mornings. It’s not instant, but it’s definitely quick enough for everyday use. My sister even noticed the difference when she was over. Happy with it so far

I picked up the tokit thinking it would be fine on my counter, but once I actually set it up, it felt like it took over way more space than I planned for. My kitchen isn’t tiny, but it’s not exactly huge either, so having this bulky thing just sitting there was kind of... yeah.

Every time I wanted to use my toaster or make coffee, I had to shift stuff around, and that got old fast. Maybe if I had a bigger kitchen it would be different, but for me it just wasn’t worth dealing with.

The delivery was okay, I guess, but it did show up a bit late. Not super late, but late enough to be annoying. The box was dented when it arrived, and the packaging just didn’t seem great. The item inside was fine, thankfully, but the dented box and the late delivery were still kind of frustrating...
